all. pretty dry day on tap and drier as we head into tomorrow. let's check the abc2 timesaver traffic with lauren cook. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. in addition to the fog we are dealing with several accidents across the region. big problem on 95 and there's an accident along the northbound lanes at route 32. and unfortunately the problems persist out on the beltway. we are dealing with a crash on the outer loop right now at camp meade road and checking in and take a live look 56995 in park -- looking at 695 in parkville, no significant delays towards towson. heading over to the harrisburg expressway north of 695, no problems to report. it will remain clear once you head into the city. we have a crash in northeast baltimore you want to watch out for on bel air road on erdman avenue. that's the abc2 timesaver traffic. now over to you megan. no doubt many of us are waking up a little less gritty i'd. no late night watching the o's -- eyed. no late night watching the o's.

and that's thanks to a travel day. get ready for another game tonight. city is hosting a pep rally later this morning. so charley is live at city hall with more on what the city plans to do and you know, so many people in baltimore are saying we waited so long. time to celebrate. >> reporter: it is time to celebrate megan. 15 years in the making and baltimore orioles return to play off baseball and the city is calling for the same spirit enthusiasm here at camden yards for sunday and monday's game 1and 2a pep rally for 10:30 on the lawn stephanie rawlings- blake tweeted this around 4 yesterday wanting to give the fans a chance to come out and support the orioles who were in new york for game 3 of the divisional playoffs and with the team on the road tonight, in new york, for a return to the playoffs, and the road game in new york, they have not been there since 1996, you may wonder what new yorkers think about the coming orioles invasion.

we talked to a few on the streets last night in the big apple. let's listen to what they had to say. >> we are used to new yorkers invading boughtmore now our turn to do invading. black and orange is all over town and we are waiting for -- ready for game three. >> we play for the post season. this is all i've known. we have been in the post season every year for 15, 16 years or so mine os the one year. so, this is -- minus the one year so this is the regular season no offense. >> reporter: you think new york is worried about baltimore fans coming up here. >> no they are going to kill them, the yankees. they will get them. they are not worried. come buy your tickets and come and watch. it's all right. the more the better. >> i hate the whole team. there's not -- the only thing i miss is the old stadium because you would see better fights there but nothing. i hate the yankees. the end. >> reporter: as you can see not everybody loves the yankees. we will see how much they love the orioles after we take them on in game 3. for good morning

you know we have air bags here that we count on and today, the government is warning car owners whose air bags have been replaced in the past three years that dangerous counterfeit bags may have been installed. the national highway traffic safety administration says tens of thousands of car owners may be driving vehicles with counterfeit air bags. some of the counterfeit bags do not enflat properly. and in -- inflate properly. in one case it fired shards of plastic and other projectiles on impact. they include a manufacturer's logo. so far, no deaths or injuries have been reported. now checking out air bags could run about 100 dollars or more and some types of cars have as many as 8 air bags. car owners should be sure to check a government website safer car.gov or call the manufacturer or local dealership to find out if their vehicle model is one with a counterfeit air bag.

very important information. information to keep you and your family safe. reporting live in rogers forge sherrie johnson, abc2 news. a teenage girl shot to death while visiting her aunt 16 years old. her body was found on sunday night in the middle of fairlawn avenue in north west baltimore. she was in the street her purse next to her and her phone. she had a juvenile record and multiple arrest and family members didn't want to talk to us on camera but know she was troubled. >> she comes from a loving family. her mother prayed tried and did everything we could possibly do. but sometimes you know little girls get lost out here in the world. prayerfully they come back home. she didn't make it back home. >> police say this morning they have very little evidence to go on in this case. we will keep you posted as we learn more details. a mormon church in hagerstown is vandalized and we are talking about 13 bottle

bombs that were found in the parking lot. but police say it was in the a hate crime. abc2 news linda so has details and linda, you made -- they made some arrest and they have people in custody and it's surprising. >> reporter: yeah, police say it was 2, 11-year-old boys being boys. they were charged with criminal mischief and have to undergo counseling and investigators don't believe the boys targeted the church or meant to do harm to the church. instead, they think internet videos like this one on how to make bottle bombs played a role. the fire marshal says a lot of kid don't know the devices are illegal and dangerous. 13 bottle bombs were found in the parking lot of that mormon church saturday. 10 exploded and no one was hurt but church members say they feel as though they are being targeted. and that it might have something to do with presidential candidate mitt romney and his faith. >> the election going on and what have you, we have had that as a concern. we have had an increase in vandalism pretty much nationwide. >> reporter: in the past few

last time you were in ball park or maybe ravens game and you leave behind your mess and the wrappers and the cans and bottles and whatnot. all of that collects when you have tens of thousands in one spot and as soon as we call it a night, the teams go on the job. >> it could be a swing away. and the series is tied at a game a piece. >> reporter: this is what we are used to seeing. the life the action and excitement. but this is not what we are used to. the piles of trash beer cans and peanut shells. lots of peanut shells. but the lights dim and tarps comfort field at camden yards, that's when norman and the crew from chimes gets ready to go to work. >> it's a long deal sometimes. >> reporter: the job of taking out the trash on a normal day takes him and the 180 members of the chimes cleaning crew 12

hours to complete. when you factor in the rein like the past few days it could take longer. >> all the trash bags are so heavy and the weight of the water and the trash is just making it even heavier to pull and put in the cages and we attach it to the truck. >> reporter: he has been in business for 65 years. it started out as a school for disabled students but has grown into a business of thousands of cleaners. >> chimes is a nonprofit. we are in the business of providing job opportunities for people with disabilities. >> reporter: chimes has three state contracts here in maryland and 30 federal contracts and most in d.c. and they clean m and t bank stadium and bwi and make no mistake they don't pay them minimum wage. they pay them the maryland state living wage of more than $12 an hour. and what's better for the men and women, ron hnderson with chimes says they get to rub elbows with the orioles and

ravens players between games. >> that's part of the sports scene and i think they are proud to be -- we are proud to be part of that. >> it's just been 15 years. i mean, it's a bunch excitement. >> reporter: it's -- bunch of excitement. >> reporter: it's a cool scene for workers that may not get much credit. when you see the o's play or head over to the bank for a ravens game, keep in mind the people in charge of keeping the stadiums nice and tiedy watch where you -- tidy and watch where you put the peanut shells. if you wonder about the name of the group chimes the organizers say it was a school of just 4 students who had developmental disaabilities and it was held in the basement of a building every hour of an hour the bells ring and that's where you get the name chimes and they do great work and all around baltimore. and up and down the east coast as well. >> great what it turned into. thanks charley. all right. so, the big story right now

obviously the game up in new york. some people are heading up there and want to know how to prepare. >> so if you are heading up there this morning, you will deal with the weather here. patchy fog across the area. as we go into game time, we have a chance for showers, but as the game progresses, we will clear things out. so that's the good news. you can see the showers back off towards the west there. and again this is the same front that's going to be work its way into our area. so i have showers in the forecast for new york. but we will slowly but surely begin to clear things out but it's going to be breezy for the game. now, back here at home, we are dealing with patchy fog out there. a little bit of some misting. also a little drizzle but all in all we will see improving conditions as we go throughout the day. so if you are trying to get the morning jog out there not bad. the temperature in parkville at 56 degrees. and 55 in arnold and 56 in chestertown and also bel air. 51 in westminster. clouds this morning basically keeping the temperatures from really dropping off. now, we have a cold front that's the one i was talking

fort mchenry tunnel or the harbor tunnel. we have a crash on the southwest corner of the beltway on the outer loop at camp meade road. here's the west side at baltimore national pike. you are looking at just a 12- minute ride on the outer loop from 795 down towards 95. so, it's not in too bad shape. no problems on the beltway from parkville to towson and for those of you use the jfx to get into the city, it's the typical len-ment right-- 11-minute ride to fayette street from the beltway. that's your abc2 timesaver traffic. now over to you megan. a man loses his life trying to rescue an absolute stranger. 83-year-old richard is from elkton and crossed a busy highway while in connecticut to help a driver whose suv rolled over. he was trying to avoid a tractor trailer rushing to help the 45-year-old woman. >> my brother and father thought they were going to get hit and jumped on the jersey wall and mydad slipped and he had a lot of injuries a lot of
